I work on a Windows 10 workstation with anaconda environments and followed the installation notes documented here, but no matter if I install stardist first or Cellprofiler first – the dependencies do not match and break each other. I recently started working with a Cellprofiler source installation (v4.2.1) to include more plugins for my analyses and now got so enthusiastic about it, that I tried to include the RunStardist module too. ![]()
